General Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions govern the promotion campaign “11:11 Campaign” (the “Promotion”) by Packages Real Estate (Private) Limited (“Packages”).
2. Under this Promotion, Packages will hold a lucky draw wherein the eligible customers/shoppers can participate as per these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
1.In order to be eligible to partake in the Promotion, an individual must:
* Make eligible purchases totaling Rs. [10,000] (the “Eligible Purchase(s)”) from shops and restaurants situated at Levels 00, 01, and 02 of the Packages Mall building, and Brave Gym/Nirala Sweets/ Havoline (the “Packages Mall Building”).
* Purchases made from the shops restaurants and stalls situated in the Excluded Areas/Outlets shall not be considered for the purposes of the Promotion. ii. Excluded Areas/Outlets means money exchange/banks/MG showroom & Service Station, Carrefour and any third-party activations (temporary or promotional shopping stall or outlets), and any outlets situated outside the automatic sliding doors of the Packages Mall Building (such as those situated in the parking areas).
* Make Purchases made from [11th November 2025] till [23rd November 2025].
* Must retain original receipts of the Purchases.
2. Upon receiving a coupon, customers are eligible to enter the 11:11 Grand Lucky Draw
3. Must submit their entries in accordance with the guidelines stated in the advertisement material and these terms and conditions (“Entry”).
4. To make an Entry, the following procedure must be followed:
* Packages has deputed representatives at various locations within the Package Mall Building to accept an Entry
* An individual must show the original receipts of their Eligible Purchases totaling Rs. [10,000] All receipts must add up to Rs. [10,000]. For a Purchase totaling Rs. [10,000] or above, only one Entry shall be entertained.
* Once the representative of Packages is satisfied of the correctness/validity of the receipts, the individual will be required to fill out a coupon/form (the “Form”).
* The individual must provide correct information while submitting the Form, including their first name, last name, email and mobile number, and deposit the Form in a ballot box, available with the said representatives.
* The Form consists of three parts: one to be submitted in the ballot box, another to be retained by Packages as a record of the Entry, and a third (the “Coupon”) for the Customer who has made a successful submission (the ‘Participant’).
5. Packages retains the right to not consider any Entry with seemingly incorrect information, in its absolute discretion. If any receipt shown at the time of Entry is subsequently found to be incorrect or invalid, or if any information given in the Form is incomplete or incorrect, or if any other condition of Entry is found to have been breached, the Entry shall be deemed to be invalid, even after the holding of the Lucky Draw.
6. The following persons are not eligible to partake in the Promotion:
* The management, staff and employees of Packages, and the immediate family members including parents, spouse, siblings and children of all such persons;
* The management, staff and employees of tenants/licensees of all outlets in the Packages Mall their immediate family members including parents, spouse, siblings and children of all such persons. Any Entry by such non-eligible persons shall be invalid.
7. The Entry/Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be gifted or sold.
Event
1. The Grand lucky draw event, as part of the Promotion (the “Event”), is scheduled to take place on [24th November, 2025] at [time 07:30 PM PST] sharp. The Event will be held live at the Packages Mall Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/PackagesMall). Winners will be announced during the live draw event.
2. The management of Packages will conduct the lucky draw live on the specified date and time through a random selection process. The winners of the lucky draw will be announced along with their relevant Coupon reference number(s) (the “Winners”). The names of the Winners will be announced, followed by a “Spin the Wheel” that will decide the gift for the winner.
3. The winner will be contacted by a representative of Packages Mall, and would be required to bring their original CNIC and coupon to receive the gift.
4. The Participants and Winners explicitly agree that this Promotion (including the lucky draw) is provided gratuitously without any additional or separate consideration and is in the complete discretion of Packages. Therefore, no right accrues to any Participant or even a Winner until the Winner is recognized as such on the Stage. Any other circumstances do not create or give rise to any rights, expectations or vested interest in favor of any Winner or a Participant. The Participant or the Winner shall have no right to make claims whatsoever if they are not considered for the lucky draw or fail to receive a Prize.
Prize
1. Any tax or government charges applicable to the Prize shall be payable by the Winner. For example, any advance or withholding income tax on the mega prize (car) shall be the liability of the Winner.
2. The Winners will be responsible for submitting any documentation required for the provision of the Prize and for payment of all applicable taxes on the Prize, as well as any charges associated with or incidental to the provision/delivery of the Prize.
3. Upon submission of all documentation and payment as envisaged in the preceding clause and provided that all such submissions and payments are successful in the opinion of Packages, the Prize (if applicable) will be delivered to the Winner within a reasonable time after the Event concludes, dependent upon the nature of the Prize.
4. The Prize(s) awarded are third-party owned items, and Packages does not accept any warranty claims, manufacturing claims, or any other complaints related to these Prize(s).
5. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize or reward, however the color/ model of the reward can be changed.
Data and Personal Information
1. The individuals consent to their data and personal information being used for the purposes of this Promotion. Such data and personal information may be provided by the individuals themselves or collected by or become available to Packages.
2. The Participant agrees to waive and release their rights in regard to the use and processing of their personal information, such as their name, age, nationality, gender, and other personal information provided to Packages, and allows Packages to use such personal information to advertise and announce them as the Winner (if applicable) across any medium and media including online and offline channels such as, social media, newspapers and magazines.
3. The Winner agrees to the promotional activities conducted by Packages, including but not limited to:
* Pictures or videos of the Winner which may be used for digital advertising and promotion across various online, social media and offline channels.
* Interview and/or photo/video shoot of the Winner for marketing purposes across various online, social media and offline channels.
General Terms
1. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and can be found on www.packagesmall.com or https://www.facebook.com/PackagesMall. Packages reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue the Promotion/Event and the lucky draw as part of the Promotion, at any time prior to or during the continuance of the Promotion, without notice or change the date, time, and venue of the Event at its own discretion, without prior notice. Packages will not entertain any claim in this regard.
2. Packages may announce any additional terms and conditions before the start of the Event in any manner it may deem fit. These additional terms will be binding on all Participants/ attendees of the Event/Promotion.
3. The Draw is applicable to natural persons and individual participants, aged 18 years and above only.
4. Packages will not be responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, internet accessibility problems, faulty live coverage, incomplete or inaccurate entry information, or other errors that may affect Entry, arrival of a Participant and Winner at the Event or selection of a Winner.
5. By participating in the Promotion, all individuals (including Participants and Winners) acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
6. The individuals agree and acknowledge that the Promotion is not a part of the consideration for their decision to make the Purchases and that the individual’s Purchases have not been made based on the availability of this Promotion.
7. Packages reserves the right to change the Prize, including its type, model or color, at its own discretion, without prior notice.
8. All decisions of Packages including its management regarding the Promotion (including the lucky draw) are final.
9. Packages shall not be liable to the individual (including Participant and Winner) for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the Promotion or lucky draw or the inability to partake in the Promotion.
10. By partaking in the promotion, the individual (including Participant and Winner) accepts that any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the individual (including Participant and Winner), shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and shall be resolved by the competent courts at Lahore.
