Terms & Conditions for Basant Festival at Packages Mall
By purchasing a ticket and entering the Basant Festival event arena, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Entry & Ticketing
• Entry Fee: PKR 2,000 per person for individuals above 13 years of age. Children aged 13 and below enter free of charge.
• Each paid entry ticket includes a redeemable vouchers worth PKR 2000 each
redeemable only inside the event arena for food, kites, kite strings, and/or other permitted items from designated vendors.
• Ticket Validity: The ticket is valid for single-day entry only. For entry on a second day, a new ticket must be purchased.
2. Event Timing & Re-Entry
• Event Duration: 6th February (from 4:00 PM) to 8th February 2026.
• Re-Entry: A re-entry ticket/stamp must be obtained from festival staff before exiting.
Without a valid re-entry pass, re-admission will require a new ticket purchase.
3. Prohibited Items & Activities
• Outside Kites & Strings: Use of kites or strings purchased from outside the event arena is strictly prohibited. All kites and strings must be purchased from authorized vendors within the festival.
• Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products is strictly
prohibited within the event area. Designated smoking areas are made outside the event arena.
• Weapons, sharp objects, hazardous materials, glass containers, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden.
4. Safety & Conduct
• Follow all safety instructions provided by event staff and security personnel.
• Flying kites is permitted only in designated kite-flying zones.
• Only certified safe strings sold inside the event are allowed.
• String Storage: Attendees who purchase a string for kite flying may leave it in a
designated secure locker within the event premises for use the following day. Upon entry with a new ticket on the next day of the event, they may retrieve their string from the locker without needing to purchase a new one. Outside strings remain strictly prohibited.
• The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual behaving inappropriately, violating rules, or endangering others.
5. Voucher Redemption
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Validity of Vouchers: Vouchers are strictly redeemable only at the event arena from approved vendors for kites, strings and food on 6th, 7th, and 8th February 2026. Vouchers expire after the event ends.
6. Liability & Responsibility
• Participation in kite flying and other activities is at your own risk. Packages Mall and event organizers will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The mall does not provide general storage facilities, except for designated kite-string lockers.
8. Changes & Cancellations
• The management reserves the right to modify event timings, activities, or terms without prior notice.
• In case of event cancellation or changes due to government notice or unforeseen circumstances, updated terms and refund policies will be announced separately.

9. Compliance
• Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.
• Packages Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, particularly in response to regulatory or government advisories.
