TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PACKAGES RAMZAN BAZAAR 2026 LUCKY DRAW
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the “Packages Ramzan Festival 2026” lucky draw promotion (the “Promotion”) organized by Packages Real Estate (Private) Limited.
1.2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. To be eligible for the Promotion, an individual must:
a) Make eligible purchases totaling at least Rs. 10,000 (the “Eligible Purchase”) from shops and restaurants located at Levels 00, 01, and 02 of Packages Mall, including Brave Gym, Nirala Sweets, and Havoline.
b) For purchases made at Carrefour, a minimum purchase of Rs. 20,000 is required.
c) Make these purchases during the Promotion period: 1st Ramzan to 28th March 2026.
d) Retain all original receipts of the Eligible Purchases.
2.2. Excluded Areas/Outlets: Purchases from the following locations will NOT be
considered for the Promotion:
a) Money exchange centers and banks
b) MG Showroom and Service Station
c) Any third-party activations, temporary stalls, or promotional shopping outlets.
2.3. Ineligible Persons: The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:
a) Management, staff, and employees of Packages, and their immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings, and children).
b) Management, staff, and employees of any tenant or licensee at Packages Mall, and their immediate family members.
2.4. Any entry submitted by an ineligible person shall be considered invalid.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. To submit an entry into the lucky draw:
a) Visit the designated entry counters located within Packages Mall.
b) Present your original purchase receipts totaling the required minimum amount of Rs. 10,000 or Rs. 20,000 for Carrefour.
c) Upon verification of receipts, you will be required to complete an entry form with accurate information, including:
• First and last name
• CNIC
• Email address
• Mobile number
d) You will receive a Coupon as acknowledgment of your entry. Retain this coupon carefully.
3.2. Entry Limit: For every Rs. 10,000 in eligible purchases, you will receive one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted based on total eligible spending.
3.3. Free Mehndi Offer: Upon receiving a coupon, customers become eligible for free mehndi application on both hands, available from 25th Ramzan until Chand Raat.
3.4. Packages reserves the right to reject any entry that contains incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information. If any receipt or information is later found to be invalid, the corresponding entry shall be deemed void, even after the lucky draw has been conducted.
3.5. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, or exchanged.
4. THE GRAND LUCKY DRAW EVENT
4.1. The Grand Lucky Draw event will take place on:
Date: 29th March 2026
Time: 7:30 PM PST (sharp)
Location: Packages Mall, Level 02, opposite Cinepax entrance (the “Designated Area”)
4.2. Mandatory Presence: All participants must be present at the Designated Area on the specified date and time, along with their original Coupon and original CNIC.
4.3. Draw Process: Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted on stage. Winning coupon reference numbers will be announced. Each winner’s name will be announced three (3) times. Following the announcement, a timer will begin.
4.4. Failure to Respond: If a winner fails to reach the stage within the specified time, their win will be revoked, and another winner will be selected. The revoked winner shall have no further claims in this regard.
4.5. Live Coverage Assistance:
a) Screens may be placed at various locations within the mall providing live coverage of the event.
b) Representatives will be stationed near each screen with walkie-talkies.
c) If you hear your name announced but cannot reach the stage in time, you must:
• Immediately inform the nearest representative
• The representative will communicate via walkie-talkie to event management
• Event management may, at their discretion, wait a reasonable additional time for you to arrive.
4.6. Packages shall not be responsible if a participant:
a) Incorrectly hears an announcement
b) Fails to hear an announcement
c) Experiences delays due to traffic, parking, crowds, elevator issues, or any other factor.
No claims shall be accepted in such circumstances.
5. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES
5.1. If a participant cannot attend the event in person, they may send an authorized representative.
5.2. The representative must carry:
a) An authorization letter signed by the participant
b) The participant’s original Coupon
c) The participant’s original CNIC
5.3. Such representative shall be bound by all terms and conditions applicable to
participants.
6. PRIZES AND TAXES
6.1. Tax Liability: All applicable taxes, including advance or withholding income tax on the mega prize (car), shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
6.2. Documentation: Winners must submit all required documentation for prize
processing and pay all applicable taxes and associated charges before the prize is
delivered.
6.3. Prize Delivery: Once all documentation and payments are successfully completed, the prize will be delivered within a reasonable time, depending on the nature of the prize.
6.4. Third-Party Prizes: Prizes are provided by third parties. Packages accepts no
responsibility for warranty claims, manufacturing defects, or any complaints related to the prizes.
6.5. No Exchange: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward.
7. DATA AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
7.1. By participating, you consent to your personal information being collected and used for the purposes of this Promotion.
7.2. Participants waive their rights regarding the use of their personal information (including name, age, nationality, gender) and allow Packages to:
a) Use such information for promotional and advertising purposes.
b) Announce winners across all media channels including social media, newspapers, and magazines.
7.3. Winners’ Additional Consent: Winners specifically agree to participate in
promotional activities, including:
a) Having their photographs and videos taken for marketing purposes
b) Participating in interviews and photo/video shoots
c) Having their image and likeness used across online, social media, and offline channels
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
9.1. By participating in the Packages Ramzan Festival 2026 Lucky Draw, including by making eligible purchases, submitting an entry form, or accepting a coupon, every participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth above.
9.2. Participation in this Promotion constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
