TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SUMMER FESTIVAL

General Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions govern the promotion campaign “Packages Summer Shopping Festival 2026” (the “Promotion”) by Packages Real Estate (Private) Limited (“Packages”).
  2. Under this Promotion, Packages will hold a lucky draw wherein the eligible customers/shoppers can participate as per these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  1. In order to be eligible to partake in the Promotion, an individual must:
  • Make eligible purchases totaling Rs. [10,000] (the “Eligible Purchase(s)”) from shops and restaurants situated at Levels 00, 01, and 02 of the Packages Mall, including Brave Gym, Nirala Sweets, Havoline and Gawalmandi. A purchase of Rs. 20,000 must be made from Carrefour;
  • Excluded Areas/Outlets: Purchases from the following locations will NOT be considered for the Promotion include Money exchange centers and banks, MG Showroom and Service Station and any third-party activations, temporary stalls or promotional shopping outlets
  • Make Purchases made from [15th May, 2026] till [12th June, 2026].
  • Must retain original receipts of the Purchases.
  • Must submit their entries in accordance with the guidelines stated in the advertisement material and these terms and conditions (“Entry”).
  • All participating individuals must be over 18 years of age and must have a valid ID card.
  • The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate: Management, staff and employees of Packages, and their immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings, and children), Management, staff, and employees of any tenant or licensee at Packages Mall, and their immediate family members
  1. To make an Entry, the following procedure must be followed:
  • Visit the designated entry counters located within Packages Mall.
  • Present the original purchase receipts totaling the required minimum amount.
  • Once the representative of Packages is satisfied of the validity of the receipts, the individual will be required to fill out a coupon/form (the “Form”). The individual must provide correct information while submitting the Form
  • You will receive a coupon as acknowledgement of your entry, Retain this coupon carefully.
  1. Packages retains the right to not consider any Entry with seemingly incorrect
    information, in its absolute discretion. If any receipt shown at the time of Entry issubsequently found to be incorrect or invalid, the Entry shall be deemed to be invalid, even after the holding of the Lucky Draw.
  1. The Entry/Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be gifted or sold.

Event

  1. The Grand Lucky Draw event will take place on:

Date: 14th June, 2026
Time: 5:00 PM PST (sharp)
Location: Packages Mall, Level 02, opposite Cinepax entrance (the “Designated Area”)

  1. All participants must be present at the Designated Area on the specified date and time, along with their original Coupon and original CNIC
  2. Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted on stage. Winning coupon reference numbers will be announced. Each winner’s name will be announced three (3) times. Following the announcement, a one-minute timer will begin.
  3. If a winner fails to reach the stage within the specified time, their win will be revoked, and another winner will be selected. The revoked winner shall have no further claims in this regard.
  4. To facilitate the potential winners in hearing and understanding the announcements, Packages may additionally, deploy screens at certain locations inside the Packages Mall Building, providing live coverage of the Event within the Packages Mall Building (the “Screen”). A representative of Packages will be deputed near each such Screen, equipped with a walkie-talkie. If a Participant hears the announcement of their name, and they cannot reach the stage within the allocated time, it is their responsibility to promptly inform one of the said representatives, ensure that they communicate this information by walkie-talkie and then promptly make their way to the Stage. Upon receipt of the
    information over walkie talkie, the management at the Event will wait for the announced Winner to reach the Stage for a reasonable time in the circumstances (determined by Packages in its absolute discretion).
  5. Packages shall not be held responsible if any Participant incorrectly hears the
    announcement of their name or fails to listen to the announcement of their name. Any claims made by such Participants/Winners, or their family members or representatives shall not be accepted in this regard.
  6. In the event that a Participant is unable to be present at the Designated Area on the specified date and time of the Event, they may send their authorized representative instead. The representative must be accompanied by an authorization letter from such Participant, the Coupon, and the original CNIC of the Participant. Such representative will be treated as the Participant themselves for the purposes of this Promotion and will be bound by these terms and conditions, in addition to any other terms applicable to a Participant or Winner.

Prize

  1. Any tax or government charges applicable to the Prize shall be payable by the Winner. For example, any advance or withholding income tax on the mega prize (car) shall be the liability of the Winner.
  2. The Winners will be responsible for submitting any documentation required for the provision of the Prize and for payment of all applicable taxes on the Prize, as well as any charges associated with or incidental to the provision/delivery of the Prize.
  3. Upon submission of all documentation and payment as envisaged in the preceding clause and provided that all such submissions and payments are successful in the opinion of Packages, the Prize (if applicable) will be delivered to the Winner within a reasonable time after the Event concludes, dependent upon the nature of the Prize.
  4. The Prize(s) awarded are third-party owned items, and Packages does not accept any warranty claims, manufacturing claims, or any other complaints related to these Prize(s).
  5. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize or reward.

Data and Personal Information

  1. The individuals consent to their data and personal information being used for the purposes of this Promotion. Such data and personal information may be provided by the individuals themselves or collected by or become available to Packages.
  2. The Participant agrees to waive and release their rights in regard to the use and
    processing of their personal information, such as their name, age, nationality, gender, and other personal information provided to Packages, and allows Packages to use such personal information to advertise and announce them as the Winner (if applicable) across any medium and media including online and offline channels such as, social media, newspapers and magazines.
  3. The Winner agrees to the promotional activities conducted by Packages.

General Terms

  1. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and can be found on www.packagesmall.com or https://www.facebook.com/PackagesMall. Packages reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue the Promotion/Event and the lucky draw as part of the Promotion, at any time prior to or during the continuance of the Promotion, without notice or change the date, time, and venue of the Event at its own discretion, without prior notice. Packages will not entertain any claim in this regard.
  2. Packages may announce any additional terms and conditions before the start of the Event in any manner it may deem fit. These additional terms will be binding on all Participants/ attendees of the Event/Promotion.
  3. Packages will not be responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, internet accessibility problems, faulty live coverage, incomplete or inaccurate entry information, or other errors that may affect Entry, arrival of a Participant and Winner at the Event or selection of a Winner.
  4. By participating in the Promotion, all individuals (including Participants and Winners) acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
  5. Packages reserves the right to change the Prize, including its type, model or color, at its own discretion, without prior notice.
  6. All decisions of Packages including its management regarding the Promotion (including the lucky draw) are final.
  7. Packages shall not be liable to the individual (including Participant and Winner) for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the Promotion or lucky draw or the inability to partake in the Promotion.
  8. By partaking in the promotion, the individual (including Participant and Winner) accepts that any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the individual (including Participant and Winner), shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and shall be resolved by the competent courts at Lahore.
